We are growing, and we are looking for someone who is a good fit with our existing Tech group, who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, relevant experience as IT Support and/or Administrator, and who can work both as part of a team or independently.
As a Service Desk Specialist, you can expect at ING the following:
Serve as a single point of contact for ING employees' IT-related problems throughout their whole lifecycle.Provide first-line support through the call-logging software and on-site for all incidents and requests.Troubleshoot and resolve end-user desktop, hardware, software, and/or printing problems.Perform general and/or custom PC configuration, installations, maintenance, relocations, troubleshooting, and upgradesReassign or escalate incidents and requests to on-site second-line support, third parties, or other teams where appropriate discussing fully with colleagues.Monitor and update all incidents and requestsTake care of IT hardware and IT lifecycleHelp with inventory check of IT assetsParticipating in international projects within the companyCooperation on global and local projects/migrations
Personality requirements and skills:
Troubleshooting - advanced levelMicrosoft Windows (11) Support - we do require advanced hands-on working experienceOffice 365 Administration - we do require at least hands-on working experiencePowerautomate and Powerapps knowledge would be a big advantageMicrosoft Intune Endpoint management experience is an advantageKnowledge of IT service management (requests/incident handling)ServiceNow (SNOW) would be a big advantageBasic knowledge of computer networksAzureboards experience is an advantageGood command of the English language (daily usage)Powerautomate and Powerapps knowledge is an advantageThe drive to self-learningKnowledge of Azureboards is an advantageInnovative thinkingKnowledge of Microsoft Active Directory is an advantageMicrosoft / ITIL certificates are an advantageWage (gross)
