Job Description

Our Trader Workstation is a Java-based proprietary trading platform that allows end-users to trade from their home or office and is the flagship of our platforms. It is complemented by our web and mobile-based platforms. A TAC Technician is expected to consistently provide friendly and informative technical support to Interactive Brokers’ clients by keeping up to date with the local technology news in order to investigate any new problems to assist end-users.

 Responsibilities

Provide real-time technical support of IBKR applications through either phone or chat communication, along with tickets and emails customers may send to IB. Successful candidate will also be required to perform other technical and client service-oriented tasks and projects provided by the local regional manager or the Global Head of TAC.

 The core competencies include: Operating Systems (Windows/Mac OS X/Linux) and Mobile Operating Systems (iOS/Android) support

具有基本编程经验者优先 Requirements: Minimum one year experience with call center or technical support roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
