Responsibilities: * Lead MAC operations and ensure compliance with cabling and racking standards * Run copper and fiber cabling, including labeling and documenting connections * Independently perform racking, stacking, and structured cabling for new deployments * Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issues, including fiber diagnostics * Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support infrastructure upgrades
