As an** **L2 Production Support Specialist** **, you will be part of the** **Global Treasury Management (GTM) Change Implementation Team** **supporting** **Integrated Receivables products** **. **What’s the Job?**
1. Perform customer setups and manage system configurations using designated mainframe screens.
2. Update work requests and maintain accurate documentation in Word, Excel, and other tools.
3. Access and utilize customer research tools to support implementation tasks.
4. Log, track, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to service-level agreements.
5. Input data into systems using various methods, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
**What’s Needed?**
1. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
2. Familiarity with mainframe environments or willingness to learn mainframe systems.
3. Basic technical skills and comfort with working across multiple systems and tools.
4. Experience with documentation, including creating, updating, and maintaining Word-based work requests.
5. Proven ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
