L3 Production Support
Position Description:

L3 Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide third-level support for production incidents, issues, and requests related to retail applications, POS systems, and payment gateways.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in cloud-based environments, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Work on incidents and escalations from L1/L2 support teams, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

Incident and Problem Management:

• Lead post-incident reviews and problem management to identify root causes and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Proactively monitor system health and performance, using available tools to identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.

Cloud and DevOps Expertise:

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate and improve continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to manage cloud resources.

Retail Systems & Payment Gateway Management:

• Support and maintain the POS systems, ensuring they are fully functional and integrated with other retail platforms (e.g., inventory, ERP).
• Work with payment gateways to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transactions, integration, and security compliance (PCI-DSS).
• Ensure seamless integration between retail systems, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure.

Monitoring and Performance Optimization:

• Use monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic, CloudWatch) to continuously monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize the performance of applications, ensuring they meet the service level agreements (SLAs) and business requirements.
