L3 job role is specialized role that combines support and development role, requiring expert-level knowledge to tackle complex issues related to system architecture, network configurations, or advanced software/hardware troubleshooting, often involving root cause analysis and deep understanding of the product and design, code, test, and provide industry-leading solutions. **Your role and responsibilities** Engineers in this role debug reported problems, design, develop and unit test code fixes. They use Java and JavaScript in prominently in Linux environment. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in solving problems, and a willingness to take on new technologies.
