L3 Support Lead - PAM Delinea/ CyberArk

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Delinea Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide advanced support for the administration and maintenance of Delinea, ensuring seamless functionality and driving continuous improvement. While prior experience with Delinea is preferred, candidates with experience in CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools are also encouraged to apply and will receive training on Delinea.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Level 3 technical support for Delinea implementation and ongoing operations. Administer and maintain on-premises Delinea components, ensuring optimal performance. Manage incidents, requests, and changes through the ServiceNow platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with SLAs. Collaborate closely with internal technical support teams, business units, and third-party vendors. Act as a liaison to facilitate smooth communication and coordination among all parties. Document support processes, known errors, and best practices. Maintain and update internal knowledge bases to ensure accurate and current resources for the team. Identify, capture, and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and system performance. Create, manage, and implement change requests via ServiceNow, adhering to established protocols to minimize operational disruption. Support project-related activities and ensure successful implementation of changes as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience with Delinea administration and support is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in CyberArk or similar PAM tools will be considered and provided with Delinea training. Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and tools. Proficiency with incident and request management systems, particularly ServiceNow. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Exceptional troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
