**Lenovo Business and Summary**
_The GEO Category Leader oversees the entire in geo-based organization of the ISG Category team including the business, product, operations & strategy. Reporting to the VP ISG Category, this role understands the GEO landscape, identifies business opportunities, positions the right products to win, and coordinates operations, strategy, & execution within GEO. Collaborating closely with the ISO sales leader in the execution of the campaigns, this leader builds a trusted partnership to achieve GEO ISO STAMP plans._
**Responsibilities**
_Accountable for all facets of GEO ISG Category (Business, Product, Operations, Strategy) including:_
+ _Business Management_
+ _Set GEO 4P Quarterly & Fiscal Year Plan_
+ _Execute Product/Solution Sales Campaigns in GEO_
+ _P&L Oversight including countries P&L (down to TMC) as well commercial margin structure per segment_
+ _Demand Planning_
+ _Product Management_
+ _Product & Market Specialization_
+ _Product Lifecycle & Portfolio_
+ _Product Ambassador_
+ _Operational Excellence_
+ _Drive excitement to the product & solution portfolio with passion, and work collaboratively with GEO ISG & ISO sales, operations, finance, and marketing to execute the business strategy._
+ _Team Leader_
+ _Lead a diverse and dynamic team of individuals in various countries within GEO_
+ _Support business, product, and operations teams with feedback and remove roadblocks for highest customer satisfaction_
+ _Work cross-functionally to support internal and external activities_
**Experience & Qualifications**
+ _Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field._
+ _In-depth understanding & knowledge of GEO as demonstrated by 10+ years experience_
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ _Master’s degree in Business Administration with focus on 4P_
+ _At least 10 years previous experience in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing_
+ _Excellent interpersonal and communications skills_
+ _Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive_
+ _Proficiency in Excel, and other office applications_
+ _Strong analytical skills and detail oriented_
+ _Ability to articulate strategy plans clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels in a collaborative manner_
