Description and Requirements
The LA Product Category Technical Support will report to the LA Product Category Lead, within the ISG Product Category team, and will drive technical support across the product management including product technical specialization, training and campaigns. This role provides highly technical support to Category & ISO organizations. This is a unique opportunity to join a new group created in Lenovo to grow the SMB market and gain skills in Lenovo products working together with the LA Product Category Manager.
Responsibilities:
Product Technical Specialization
Engage with Segment and ISG Product teams on specific product requirements they have about component compatibility, key differentiators, value proposition and creation of special configurations for “Top Choice”Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, onboarding documentation, deployment guides, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.Design, develop, and implement processes, systems, and technology to support and enhance the technical support function.Support the New Product Introduction and Transitions, from a systems enablement to the routes to market training.Training
Maintain a unified deck for the trainings to all the sales routes, updating it with new products and focusing on differentiation and value propositionsConsolidate the contents for Solution Trainings based on the campaigns developed by the team.Support alignment with key Partners (AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, Broadcom, etc.) on features and functionality.Campaigns
Support the Product Manager in the product selection for the campaigns.Support the E2E campaigns execution from a product perspective.Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree.At least 5 years of previous technical experience in Product, Product Management.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.Entrepreneurship with a high degree of self-motivation and drive.Proficiency in Excel and other office applications.Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.Professional fluency in English.Expert on x86 server technology and related ecosystem.Position Details: This is a non sales position.
Country: This position will be opended in: Argentina, Mexico, Peru and Colombia.
