LA - Receptionist Job ID 162705 Posted 10-Jan-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative Location(s) Hong Kong - Hong Kong Job Responsibilities + Perform general reception area duties, including greeting and escorting guests & visitors, answering phone calls from clients, internal customers, etc. + Provide general administrative & facilities support to site lead /management, such as managing filling systems, vendor contract renewal, purchasing, etc. + Coordinate meeting room set-up with furniture and equipment according to business requirement + Assist and coordinate in-house event logistics + Other duties may be assigned Qualifications and Requirements + Form 5 / DSE and above with a minimum of 3 years of related experience in a sizable company. + Experience in a corporate reception is an advantage + Able to work in a fast-moving environment and work independently + Cheerful, energetic and customer service-oriented + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
