About the role
+ Our Finance team, composed of a global network of finance professionals, is integrated in the Global Business Unit (GBU) Spec Chem department and focuses on financial control and business partnering in collaboration with plant management and the GBU Finance team.
+ As a Site Controller, you will work on financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the plant of La Rochelle (GBU Spec Chem, France). You will get the opportunity to contribute to enhancing financial performance and optimizing assets and have a positive impact on plant profitability and strategic decision-making.
+ You will be accountable for:
+ **Financial Planning & Analysis:** Develop budgets, forecasts, and analyze financial performance, providing insights to plant and GBU management.
+ **Cost Management & Reporting:** Ensure accurate cost accounting, P&L reporting, and manage product costing processes.
+ **Performance Monitoring & Improvement:** Conduct performance reviews, analyze variances, and recommend actions for financial improvement.
+ **Project & Compliance Oversight:** Participate in CAPEX projects, manage financial projects, and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance.
+ **Budget & Variance Control:** Monitor budget vs. actual, report variances, and drive accountability.
+ We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.
About you
+ Bachelor or Master in Business administration, Economics, Accounting or Finance Degree (e.g. CPA).
+ 3-5 years of Controlling in manufacturing context.
+ Competencies:
+ Project management and cross-functional communication skills.
+ Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections. Strong technical and analytical skills with a solid cost accounting background. Ability to monitor budget vs. actual and implement monitoring through appropriate cross functional teams.
+ Strength with collaboration tools like google suite ( sheets, doc, etc) ; Demonstrated SAP, Business Warehouse knowledge a must, dashboarding tools like Qlik Sense is a plus.
+ Excellent spoken and written English.

About the pay and benefits
+ Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the France base pay reasonably expected for this role is 54000€ to 60000€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
