DuPont DuPont Cyrel® business has an opening position of LA Technical Manager - Cyrel® flexographic products located in Barueri, São Paulo.


Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:

Manage Technical Services:

Manage the technical application and maintenance services organization for the Cyrel business across Latin America.Ensure that the technical service strategy is aligned across the countries in Latin America.Improve the relationship between technical service costs and the revenue generated in each country within the region.Be responsible for developing the profitability model associated with the services.

Technical Alignment and Product Development:

Align technical needs with the R&D team to ensure that product development meets market demands.Develop the strategy for the implementation of new products in Latin America, ensuring a seamless introduction to the market.Determine portfolio optimization needs based on regional requirements.

Interaction with Sales and Marketing:

Support the Latin America Sales Manager in increasing revenue from plate sales and services.Align the technical services strategy with the marketing strategy for Cyrel in Latin America.

Team Leadership and Development:

Train and develop the technical services team, empowering them to provide high-quality support and maximize customer engagement.Lead the team in creating innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with DuPont's offerings, differentiating them from competitive solutions.

Customer Understanding:

Deeply understand customer needs and expectations, providing technical support and services that exceed their demands.Evaluate and understand the offerings of new technologies from DuPont and competitors, ensuring that the team is equipped to communicate the value of Cyrel's products and services.

Quality Management:

Act as the focal point for Cyrel in Latin America regarding plate quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreeStrong communication skillsRelevant technical experience in the flexographic printing industryFluent in English and SpanishAvailability to travel in the Latin America region at least 50% of the timeExperience leading and developing teams
