Family Description

Corporate Services (AD) consists of executive, professional, and support services in the areas of general administration, facility and real estate management, health, security, and secretarial services as well as external affairs and information services. Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.

Subfamily Description

Laboratory Support (LSU) takes care of the laboratory equipment for the delivery teams in terms of supply, maintenance, and compliance with certain policies and standards. Ensures the readiness to use and timely upkeep.

Impact is short-term and departmental/project in scope. Accountable for quality, accuracy and efficiency. Actions and errors can have functional area impact.

Knowledge & Experience
