Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK Il Lab Analyst si occupa di analisi di principi attivi, eccipienti, intermedi di lavorazione e prodotti finiti per il rilascio dei lotti alla produzione, sul mercato, a supporto di studi di stabilità o di convalide di impianto o processo, utilizzando in modo efficiente risorse e strumenti del laboratorio in accordo ai programmi e alle istruzioni impartite. Garantisce inoltre il presidio tecnico scientifico e decisionale nell'ambito della disciplina assegnata, contribuisce con le proprie competenze alla definizione di processi e progetti dove competenze specifiche sono richieste, supporta attività di miglioramento continuo dei processi del laboratorio e fornisce un contributo di innovazione e di proposta nell'ambito delle attività in cui è coinvolto. In questo ruolo, tu… Eseguirai le analisi specifiche dell'area di competenza, in modo accurato ed indipendente su diversi principi attivi, eccipienti, prodotti e formulazioni farmaceutiche seguendo i metodi analitici o i protocolli correnti. Registrerai tempestivamente e in modo preciso tutti i dati analitici generati utilizzando i sistemi appropriati e manterrai aggiornata la documentazione tecnico analitica rispetto alle normative ufficiali e di gruppo definendo gli standard qualitativi necessari a confermare la compliance dei prodotti. Favorirai la risoluzione di problemi ed il miglioramento di procedure e metodi. Parteciperai, se richiesto, a ispezioni, audit e self inspection. Farai valutazioni sulla conformità dei dati generati alle specifiche e ai criteri di accettazione. Eseguirai il doppio controllo di dati analitici generati da altri analisti, in accordo alle procedure dell’azienda. Perchè TU? Qualifiche e competenze: Diploma in ambito scientifico Solida esperienza in ruolo analogo, nel settore farmaceutico o in ambito affine Consolidata esperienza nell’utilizzo di HPLC Conoscenza delle GMP Appropriato utilizzo dei sistemi informatici (word e excel in particolare) Qualifiche e competenze preferenziali: Laurea in materie scientifiche Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Buone capacità comunicative-relazionali e attitudine a lavorare in team Conoscenza dei sistemi SAP e Empower Per questo ruolo si richiede la disponibilità a operare su turni (7/15 – 14/22) Cosa offriamo: Un ambiente di lavoro stimolante, innovativo e realmente inclusivo.
