Our Lab Assistant is a support position in the laboratory setting. Students, individuals with patient care background and others with some lab experience would be a great match for this role! This position will rotate between the Sartell and Southway labs as needed.  

What you’ll do:

Collect blood samples from the patient Create an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients Perform low complexity testing and culture set-up

Schedule: 

32 hours every 2 weeks  Monday-Friday, preferred working days Wednesday and Thursday Rotating shifts between 7am-4pm & 8am-5pm

Pay and Benefits: 

Starting pay begins at $17.83 per hour and increases with experience Pay range: $16.59 - $24.92 per hour Part time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available. 

Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent required Prefer graduate from or in the process of pursing a phlebotomy certificate from an accredited laboratory program or medical -related program  Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills
