Perform diagnostic testing in all areas of the Laboratory including Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology and Serology.
Lab Assistants key responsibilities include proper patient and specimen identification, adherence to testing policies and procedures, instrument use and trouble shooting and computer functions. Work closely with Phlebotomists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, Medical Technologists, Nursing and Physicians to provide patient care.
