This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. **Qualifications** **Minimum:** + Current California CPT license required. + CPR certification required. + Within ninety days of employment obtain the Phlebotomy certfication course approved by the State of California. + BLS (must be certified through the American Heart Association). **Preferred:** + Any phlebotomist work hospital experiene preferred. + Graduate of a Medical Assistant or Lab Assistant school preferred. + High School graduate or GED. **Pay Range** $27.38 - $30.79 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
