What You'll Do

The LAB BST Talent Director (MSD3) will be responsible for Business Services Team FTE planning, operating model and talent management across the London-Amsterdam-Brussels (LAB) system. You will report to the LAB People & Operations Senior Director and work very closely with the other LAB People leaders of Talent Acquisition, Talent & Performance, Core HR, and People Analytics to deliver the broader People agenda.


Lead Business Services Team talent management, FTE planning, and operating model

Chair the BST Development Committees for LAB and ensure links in place to ensure calibrationWorking with Finance, manage total BST headcount in LAB systemManage mid-year and year-end comp and bonus processEnsure LAB BST Talent structure develops to meet future business needs, is effective and efficient and that appropriate consultation happens with staff and the business where requiredOversee BST Recruiting, including working with other businesses or search capabilities as needed, aligning with the global TA function to deliver best possible talent deploymentPromote forward looking career development processes and practices for our staff, including line manager upskilling & talent management in conjunction with the HR and L&D teamsOversee communication to and engagement with BST staff to support BST EVP initiativesPromote a positive and inclusive work culture to drive employee engagement and retentionLine manage, coach, and develop a small team of BST talent professionals across LAB


In addition, you will work closely with the LAB People & Operations Senior Director to execute the strategic agenda for BST Talent, also working with the other system SD/XD cohort. You will lead change initiatives to drive improvement in the model, both operational and strategic.

What You'll Bring

Management experience across range of HR / talent functionsAt least 8-10 years of relevant professional experience including management experience, ideally in an international professional services firmHR qualifications and international work experience are a value-addExcellent English skills (verbal and written communication)

Who You'll Work With

You will report into the LAB People & Operations Senior Director. You will have a visible senior leadership role within the People team
