We're looking for a proven leader with a strong chemistry background and a passion for mentoring teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee daily lab operations, ensuring accurate data analysis and regulatory compliance. + Manage and grow the lab team from 3–4 technicians to 15 by 2026. + Develop standard operating procedures and validate analytical methods. + Lead R&D projects, support FDA-related processes, and oversee customer audits. + Collaborate with pest control teams and support plant audits. **Qualifications:** + Strong leadership and team development skills. + Background in chemistry, preferably polymers. + Hands-on experience with analytical equipment: GC (Headspace), Intrinsic Viscosity, Color Analysis, Moisture Analysis. + Knowledge of ISO, FSSC, HACCP, cGMP standards, and basic regulatory compliance. + Strong analytical and statistical skills: trend analysis, process monitoring, capability analysis (CPK/PPK), continuous improvement (Kaizen). **_This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
