You have:

Manage lab space efficiently to ensure an organized and effective working environment for all team members. Oversee hardware management processes by maintaining an accurate inventory and ensuring all equipment is up to date and in optimal condition. Provide support for hardware ordering by collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely procurement of necessary equipment. Conduct and participate in internal audits, contributing to the evaluation and improvement of processes to enhance overall lab operations. Collaborate with colleagues in similar roles and management to share knowledge, streamline workflows, and foster a strong team environment.
