Key Qualifications & Requirements 

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or related engineering field.

Technical Competence & Skills:

Proficient in laboratory testing, calibration, and validation techniques.Strong presentation skills and ability to communication at all levels, primarily in EnglishAbility to prioritize the multiple tasks and good time management skills.Data analysis, statistical analysis skills

Leadership Competence:

Ability to work effectively with othersEffective verbal and written communication skills required in working with each departments, primarily in English

Relevant Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience, with a thorough understanding of ISO 17025 standards and their application.Experience in accredited laboratories or similar institutions is preferred.ISO 17025 Internal Auditor is preferredFamiliar with MS Office.

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

Chinese, English (Good communication and written).
