We specialize in research and development, manufacturing operations, plant shut downs and building maintenance.Our skilled trades include Tool and Die Makers, Instrumentation Techs, Multi-Craftsman , Machinists, Pipe-fitters, Carpenters, Electricians, Work Coordinators, EH&S, Welders, Preventative Maintenance Technicians , Planners, Glass Blowers and others.SummaryFormal training in Instrumentation/Electrical with the ability to operate, test, repair, maintain and calibrate electro-mechanical equipment.strong knowledge in calibrating instruments of flowpressure and level transmittersthermocouplesheaters temperature controllerstroubleshooting 480v and belowrepair 48ov and belowworkable knowledge of test metersinstall conduit install wiring based on code requirementsAnalytical equipment troubleshooting/design and buildQualificationsTwo-year degree in a scientific field of study Preferred five years of experience in instrumentation, including experience in installing, calibrating, maintaining and repairing equipment Demonstrated use and understanding of physical standards of mass, temperature flow and pressure.Working knowledge of computers. Required ability to be able to read and work from blueprints, schematic diagrams and specification manuals. Must be physically able to perform basic maintenanceMust be able to work with various researchers in different locationsMust have data base experience with record keeping and documentation accuracy Must have current Electrical ExperiencePreferred 3-5 years of troubleshooting experience working with 24V to 480vMust be a team player committed to working in a quality environmentPreferred electrical experience with Contacts, Mods, ABB Drives and relaysPreferred panel building experienceMust have an understanding of regulatory and compliance regulationsWe offer the following benefits
