Hiring Unit: School of Communication Sciences and Disorders

Position Summary:

As part of their training as S‐LPs, students will take part in a Neuroanatomy Lab given as an integral part of the SCSD 638 course at McGill’s Strathcona building.

This is a one day lab.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Open and secure the lab area
‐ Maintain lab work area in a clean and orderly fashion
‐ Assist in showing and explaining anatomical structures (human brain) to graduate students and answer their questions

Minimum Education/Experience:

High school diploma with one year of experience relevant in the field of neuroanatomy.


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:

Demonstrated experience working in a laboratory environment.

Demonstrated ability to listen and assist students and staff with problems. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi‐task.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet weekly and monthly deadlines.

Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience

Hourly Salary:

(AMUSE B) $16.00
