Join us and we can make a difference together. **About This Role:** This position is for a master Engineer Services and Support technician who is under minimal supervision and works more independently. Conducts and/or oversees lower level support staff when working with engineers to design, develop, and implement procedures for testing systems and equipment. Conducts highly complex materials test and analysis. Serves as a resource on varied tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** + Maintain computer systems and data acquisition systems in psychrometric rooms and mobile test equipment. + Troubleshoot system or instrumentation issues. + Perform system upgrades and modifications as needed. + Coach technicians on system usage. + Train new technicians in system operation and testing. + Support UL/ETL Satellite Lab Certification Process from an IT perspective. + Support ISO 17025 compliance process from an IT perspective. **Required Qualifications:** + Associates Degree + 10+ years of experience with data acquisitions systems **Preferred Qualifications:** + Associates degree in Computer Science or Information Technology + 10+ years of experience in IT system management (or similar field). + Advanced knowledge of data acquisition systems and LabVIEW. + Strong troubleshooting skills in IT systems, data acquisition, and network hardware. + Ability to read and interpret system and network data. + Effective communication (oral and written). + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Excellent safety record. + Understanding of network hardware and wiring. + Experience with various computer systems and software. + Familiarity with delicate test instrumentation. + Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. + Willingness to work second shift as needed. + Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. \#LI-On-site RSRCAR **Pay Range:** $74,181 - $130,206 Annually **_Carrier is An Equal_** **_Opportunity/Affirmative_** **_Action Employer.
