What You'll Do
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all staff across London, Amsterdam, and Brussels (LAB). You will also oversee the local training programs for our senior consulting staff (PPPLs: Project Leaders, Principals, and Partners), ensuring they have access to high-quality learning content.

Partner with Career Development team, Talent Partners and Practice Area (PA) Nodes to understand development needs & skills gaps for the cohorts and for specific individualsPartner with HR, Career Development and Function leads to deliver a high-quality, tailored onboarding program for all new hiresPartner with EMESA and Global L&D teamsCo-shape EMESA or global initiatives to ensure LAB knowledge, best practices and needs are taken into account.Support roll-out of regional/global initiatives and campaigns, driving content development or pilots where requiredProject management
Oversee successful implementation, execution & administration of the training offer for PPPLs and the onboarding programDrive projects at LAB, EMESA and Global level in line with strategy and business goalsLead change efforts to revamp curriculum, delivery and communicationBuild and develop the LAB L&D trainer team
Attract & motivate new trainers to join our L&D trainer teamEnsure appropriate onboarding and development of L&D trainers, building a pipeline into regional & global L&D faculty where requiredDevelop relationships with training agencies & vendorsServe as part of the L&D facultyDeliver local/system and/or regional/global trainingsUpskill and coach new L&D trainersResponsible for managing L&D Specialists across our three offices and India
Manage and support the team members in each office to execute their day-to-day tasksOversee their professional development and provide apprenticeshipCreate an encouraging, supporting and stimulating work environmentSupport the other L&D Managers during sickness and holidaysThis list of responsibilities should not be construed to imply that these duties, responsibilities, and requirements are the sole standards for this position. 6+ years’ experience in Learning & DevelopmentUniversity advanced degreeExperience with onboarding programsExperience leading and managing a teamExperience in training or coaching within a professional services / consultancy environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organisational skills, orientation to detail and proactivityExcellent English skills (verbal and written communication)You're good at
