A global R&D Laboratories organization is seeking a Working Student to join the Laboratory team (Intralogistics sub-squad) in Wroclaw. As the content owner, operator, and designer, the team ensures the operation of industry-leading R&D laboratories. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the local Laboratory team and coordinate with Laboratory teams across 16 sites worldwide.

You have:

Active student status Good communication in English (both written and spoken)Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)Availability to work on-site in Wroclaw in Laboratories and WarehousesAbility to cooperate closely with external suppliers and subcontractorsGood communication skills and ability to maintain high standards in challenging situationsDisciplined and focused on details

It would be nice if you also had:

Familiar with the JIRA ticketing systemExperience with Agile Service Delivery or ITILExperience with using various transportation aids e.g. pallet trucks, stackersForklift operator qualifications certified by UDT

As part of our team, you will: 

Take care of the inventory for common laboratory assetsBe responsible for storage managementShip and receive delivery of lab equipmentDirect cooperation with internal customers (engineers, managers, lab teams)Conduct periodic warehouse inventoriesAct as a liaison between the internal teams and the external subcontractors or vendorsImplement service improvements
