Join us and we can make a difference together. **Role Purpose:** + Work with a diverse team of heat transfer experts + Manage the day-to-day planning for lab technicians and facilities + Support engineering design work specific to lab facilities and testing capabilities + Join the R&D sector of the leading global HVAC&R company **Role Responsibilities:** + Manage the day-to-day planning for lab technicians and facilities + Coordinate with engineers on test facility, improvements and test plans + Lead continuous improvement efforts related to lab operation and facility maintenance + Support engineering design work support specific to lab facilities and testing capabilities + Manage relationships and coordinate with lab specific suppliers and vendors + Support group purchasing and sourcing requirements + Ownership of the operation and calibration of all test facilities **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4+ years of engineering experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working with technicians and engineering teams + Experience lending design expertise to cross-functional product development teams + Ability to drive continuous improvement in lab and test operations LI-onsite RSRCAR **Pay Range:** $90,263 - $157,959 Annually **_Carrier is An Equal_** **_Opportunity/Affirmative_** **_Action Employer.
