Responsibilities:

The Lab Medical Assistant IV is responsible for:

Assists the technical staff within the technical departments Handles any and all manual pretesting procedures including waived testing as requiredWorks in a team environmentDemonstrate organizational, time management, analytical, delegation, written, and verbal skillsUse computer skills appropriate to positionMust have customer service and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to positionIdentifies problems and implements and/or recommends solutionsPerforms other duties as assigned

Certification & Licensure:

Required – Driver's License (if applicable)Required – ASCP / SCYM (if applicable)Required – AMT Medical Technologists (if applicable)Required – ASPT Phlebotomy Technicians (if applicable)

Education:

Required – High School or Equivalent Preferred – Technical SciencePreferred – Associate's

Experience:

Required – 1 year in related fieldPreferred – 2 years in related field
