Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Lab Outreach Account Executive to join the Laboratory Outreach team at our Pathology Lab in Indianapolis.
Drives effective sales distribution of the product line through collaboration with internal business partners. Develops specific plans to illustrate and track market opportunities. Assists providers with inquires, disseminates information timely, and provides in -service training regarding products and resources. Enhances provider experience with products and services, and builds long-term customer loyalty by consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Handles the notification process when providers have successfully completed the credentialing process. Works cross-functionally with other departments to close any gaps regarding issues that involve providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Sr. Account Executives in Account Management of existing clients. Prepare pricing and training protocols for new and existing clients. Works alongside Sr. Account Executives to best prepare for prospect client meetings and proposals. Analyze prospective business opportunities and evaluate potential growth areas. Manage our research study partnership through account set up and follow-up. Provide in-person business reviews and trainings. • Requires Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Requires 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• May require some Indiana based travel.
• Preferred Account Management, Sales or Direct Provider Relations experience.
• Health Plan experience preferred.
• May require Indiana Life, Accident and Health License.
