Nationally recognized as a quality lead St. Josephs is consistently chosen as the most preferred hospital by local consumers. **Responsibilities** Assigned oversight for the quality management program for clinical and anatomic pathology laboratories as assigned by the region director. Directs all elements of the quality program to include ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory readiness across all laboratories, as assigned. Provide guidance to the team of lab technical coordinators and supports all laboratory directors and managers on establishing and adhering to quality standards. + Leading the charge in regulatory preparedness: Leads assigned laboratories to meet all applicable standards and regulations, including coordinating and conducting mock inspections as needed. + Championing quality and safety: Collaborating with the Regional Lab Service Line to standardize quality and safety practices across the market, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for our patients. **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent. Five (5) years of laboratory experience, including two to three (2-3) years of quality improvement experience. + California: CLS License + Job duties require considerable knowledge of the specialized principles and practices related to laboratory technical skills in respective area. Skilled in Google management suite of tools.
