Lab Support Technician
Job Description Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and cleans of ALD equipment  Perform system upgrades and retrofits  Perform wafer teaching  Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repair on facilities support equipment such as pumps, chillers, gas cabinets and abatement systems  Good knowledge of MFCs, pressure transducers/gauges, gasboxes, ECAT, DNet, PLC etc.  Perform gas cylinder and liquid precursor canister change out  Create documents for tool maintenance procedures and checklists  Create and update Work Instructions  Perform Design Reviews pre- and post-build  Monitor systems, support equipment and facilities parameters and report the system performance and issues  Electrical Mechanical Test/troubleshoot system down to component level  Be able to read gas schematics, BOM structures, manuals, ECNs, etc.  Work in coordination with Engineering, Software, QA, materials groups, etc.  Support activities associated with pre-installation, installation, and start-up of ALD deposition equipment  Perform Final Assembly and Test (FAT)  Perform programming (Robotics, PLC)  Support New Product Introductions and transfers including providing training We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and control systems  Vacuum assembly and leak testing experience  8+ years job-related experience on semiconductor capital equipment (CVD/ALD deposition systems preferred)  Strong written and verbal communications skills  Must be able to lift 40lbs  Must be able to use SCBA  Testing digital and analog systems helpful  Must be willing to be on call - weekday evenings, weekends days/nights  Must be able to travel domestic/international up to 30% null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
