performing quality control inspection tasks to include verification of all ingredient and product informationperforming operational and pre-operational inspectionsensuring that each product is manufactured according to FDA regulations including, but not limited to traceability records, temperature monitoring and HACCP recordsfollowing all safety requirementsverifying accuracy of thermometers and product temperaturescollecting, processing, packaging, maintaining, and retaining samples for testingproviding help to all associates in the Quality Control department and other departments throughout the Bakery planttasting and evaluating all product samples receivedbeing cross-trained in Quality Control responsibilitiesbeing familiar with all Bakery plant functionsperforming responsibilities accurately from start to finish with completed documentationrecording and processing samples receivedprocessing and recording customer complaintscompliance auditingauditing and updating the plant reference bookconducting data entry andensuring that all products are manufactured under correct procedures from receiving of the raw materials to shipping of the finished product.
