This onsite role involves hands-on work with hardware and software configurations, system troubleshooting, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities
System Setup and Maintenance: Install and configure hardware and software systems. Create system images and verify hardware performance. Lab Organization and Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and functional engineering lab environment. Manage system inventory tools and ensure accurate tracking of equipment. Hardware Testing and Troubleshooting: Test and compare hardware components, such as video cards, network cards, and hard drives. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently. Reporting and Documentation: Perform hardware verification and create detailed reports. Document testing results and system performance metrics. Collaboration and Support: Assist with other tasks as needed to support engineering and product development teamsQualifications
Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical area.Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a medical device setting. Hands-on experience with hardware configurations, imaging software, and system setup. Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools, including Ghost or other imaging solutions.Skills:
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of hardware configurations and testing processes. Proficiency in system setup, troubleshooting, and inventory management. Software Proficiency: Experience with software imaging tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Exposure to software development is a plus. Organizational and Analytical Skills: Ability to organize tasks, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail. Strong analytical skills to evaluate hardware performance and generate reports. Communication and Collaboration: Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $73,000 - $114,600 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
