Lab Technician
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support reagent manufacturing, kit assembly, and inventory tasks in a regulated production environment. The ideal candidate will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support quality, production, and materials functions to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

ResponsibilitiesFollow SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs) to manufacture reagents and assemble product components.Label, fill, and cap vials or 96-well plates according to batch records.Comply with gowning, cleanliness, and documentation standards in ISO-regulated environments.Assemble kits per approved documentation.Assist with conducting physical inventory counts and cycle counts.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the restocking of manufacturing supplies as needed.Record manufacturing steps and results clearly and accurately.Perform basic ERP transactions such as work orders and material movements.Assist in preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.Maintain a clean and organized production environment.Essential SkillsExperience in manufacturing processes and laboratory environments.Knowledge of GMP and handling 96-well plates.Comfortable working in an ISO environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.Previous experience in manufacturing, lab, or production preferred.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
