Job Title: Lab Technician
Job Description
The Lab Technician will be responsible for performing manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products. This includes processes such as decontamination, product transfer, and utilizing maintenance connection software. The role requires operating laboratory instruments essential for task completion by strictly following all work instructions, company policies, and procedures. Additionally, the Lab Technician will support daily management by assessing data to drive problem-solving and suggest countermeasures.
Responsibilities
+ Perform manufacturing tasks to convert raw materials into final products.
+ Conduct decontamination processes and product transfers.
+ Utilize maintenance connection software effectively.
+ Operate laboratory instruments according to work instructions.
+ Adhere to company policies and procedures.
+ Follow customer-specific and general work instructions and SOPs.
+ Support daily management with data assessment and problem-solving.
+ Suggest countermeasures based on data analysis.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Biology, Laboratory techniques, GMP, Quality Control, Chemistry, Quality Assurance, and Microbiology.
+ High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
+ Some laboratory experience.
+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in various PC software programs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associates of Applied Science or Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences preferred.
+ Candidates with a High School diploma accepted with 2+ years of relevant lab experience.

The pay range for this position is $21.92 - $24.23/hr.
