This role is responsible for making measurements, performing routine quantitative and qualitative biological chemical analytical tests, researching technical literature and evaluating old processes.

What You Will Do:
Assists in development of formulations for a variety of applications Responsible for all steps of routine experimentation including sample prep, equipment orientation, instrument control, data processing, and analysis Conducts product performance and field testing Approves, holds, and/or rejects products based on laboratory analysis versus specifications Ensures compliance to current regulatory requirements, following GMP guidelines for data reporting, and preparation of validation protocols, raw data generation, and final reportsConducts reexamination of borderline results, research technical literature and communicates opportunities for process improvements Multi-tasks between many projects to ensure the various completion deadlines are metRecommends testing parameters, completes experiments and project work as assigned Provides analytical and technical support for quality related product investigations Completes data reviews for out-of-specification test results issuing SPC charts of historical resultsOptimizes and recommends lab improvements to support 5S initiativesOther duties as assignedPosition Details:
Location: Ellwood City, PAWork Week/Shift: Monday - Friday, rotating through 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts (11PM - 7AM, 3PM - 11PM, 7AM - 3PM)Compensation: $27.00 / hourMinimum Qualifications:
