Shift Options: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do
Sample Handling & Analysis: Receive, log, and submit samples for analytical testing. Prepare beverage samples and conduct stability and sensory evaluations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Experimentation & Product Testing: Execute lab experiments to refine new products, ensuring ingredient safety and evaluating performance.
Data & Equipment Management: Meticulously record data in lab notebooks and software, manage inventory, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Supply Coordination: Collaborate with scientists on lab supply needs, liaise with vendors, and maintain stock levels.
Team Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with project scientists, provide updates on work progress, and document activities through concise reports and memos.

Ingredient Knowledge: Proficient in identifying key beverage ingredients (e.g., citric acid, benzoate) and their roles.
Laboratory Proficiency: Knowledge of lab practices, including calibration and chemical handling, with a strong commitment to safety.
Confidentiality Awareness: Skilled in handling proprietary information with the highest level of professionalism.
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., chemical engineering, chemistry, biology). A background in food science is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in food or beverage product development is advantageous, though a strong scientific foundation is essential.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
