Lab Technician

The R&D Technician is responsible for providing support to team scientists, assisting on NPI products verification, and the corresponding tests. This position may support sales and QC team for customer complaint investigation on some occasions.

1st Shift

Primary Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in specific research areas or laboratory techniques.

Design and implement advanced experimental methodologies.

Mentor junior and mid-level technicians and provide guidance on career development.

Actively contribute to the development of new products or technologies.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners on research initiatives.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Minimum Requirements

Junior college or science related courses taken.

Good hands-on skills.

Good communication skill, good teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Physical Environment

Required to both sit and stand for long periods of time.

Regularly lift up to 40 pounds minimum, from floor to bench top.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $27/hr.
