Job Description
What you'll do as a Lab TechnicianCoordinate shipping/receiving processes.Manage parts inventory and maintain lab equipment.Perform equipment software updates and configure systems.Schedule test equipment calibration and ensure proper documentation.Order lab supplies and maintain inventory systems.Conduct SMD rework and precision soldering.
Work Experience
Basic Requirements:Associate's Degree or higher in Engineering or Computer-related field.0–2 years of relevant experience.Self-driven and proactive, with problem-solving capabilities.Basic understanding of PC, storage, network, GPU architectures, and general I/O.Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., DMM, power supplies, oscilloscope).Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 40 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:SMD component rework and precision soldering expertise.Knowledge of lab ESD best practices.Experience with inventory systems (e.g., Snipe-IT).Understanding of export control classification (ECCN).Proficiency in JIRA, Windows/Linux, and Office applications.

This role supports the HW development team and includes responsibilities such as managing shipping/receiving, handling parts/inventory, coordinating system configurations, maintaining test equipment calibration, and ordering lab supplies.
