You Are:

Lab Technician/ Platform Technician

The Opportunity:

·       Assemble, configure, and bring up hardware platforms, including installing components, flashing BIOS, and updating firmware.

·       Install and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), drivers, and necessary software for validation or production environments.

·       Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, performing root-cause analysis and documenting resolutions.

·       Coordinate with engineers, lab technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless platform deployment and testing.

What you need:

·       2+ years of experience in hardware assembly, system bring-up, or a similar technical support role.

·       Proficiency in installing and configuring operating systems, drivers, and firmware.

·       Familiarity with BIOS/UEFI flashing, firmware updates, and hardware validation tools.

·       Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.

·       Effective communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

·       Ability to work independently, follow safety guidelines, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Bonus points if:

·       Maintain inventory of hardware components and track version control of firmware updates.

·       Adhere to lab safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.

·       Generate and maintain documentation for platform configurations, issues, and resolutions
