Job Title: Lab Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves sample preparation, supporting chemists, conducting proximate testing, protein testing, fat testing, moisture testing, extraction, and centrifuging. You will gain hands-on experience with new instrumentation and methods, working towards developing into a high-level scientist or technologist.

You will be working in a food chemistry lab where nutritional values, contamination, and quality of goods are tested for both imports and exports. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential for flexibility based on business needs following a three-week intensive training period.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
