Our client, a leader in the scientific research and development industry, is seeking a LAB Technician I to join their team. As a LAB Technician I, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting various research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** LAB Technician
**Location:** Maplewood, MN- 100% onsite
**Pay Range:** $18 to $20 p/h w-2
**Duration:** 12 month contract
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform chemical, biological, physical, and mechanical analyses and tests required for research, development, or quality control of processes and products.
+ Assist with compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting results.
+ Follow generally defined procedures and methods to ensure accurate testing and analysis.
+ Work effectively as part of a self-directed team.
+ Utilize good mechanical aptitude and skills in inspection procedures relevant to the product line.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in a lab or technical environment is preferred.
+ Good mechanical aptitude and skills.
+ Specific training in inspection procedures and/or the product line.
+ Computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software.
+ Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Experience in MS office
