Job title: Lab Technician 10710 Location: Trumbull, CT, Onsite Shift: M-F 8-5 Type: Contract, initially 4 months with extension. Pay: $25/hour Requirements: + Associates’ or Bachelor’s Degree in technical field (desired), High School Degree Min + The candidate must demonstrate some lab experience + Computer literate in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) + Ability to understand and follow experimental protocols for preservation of data + Comfortable and able to work with chemicals while following safe laboratory practices/protocols + The ability to stand while working in the laboratory throughout most of the day + Please note this person will only be doing formulations on paper. They need strong attention to detail, file keeping, and documentation skills. Responsibilities: + Participates in organizing and performing creating documentation within established procedures while summarizing and reporting results. + Uses a computer to enter data/information including charts and tables for communication of project results/details. + Involved in documenting the production liquid cleansing products. + Tests characteristics of formulas using established procedures. + Maintain and file FDA paper files, lab data, & maintain files by year & the unique FDA documentation + Unpack & lift new Henkel products for testing, move & set-up product bins in the appropriate heated temperature-controlled chambers + Label each FDA product, check batch & UPC codes + File returned FDA product from the labs back in the appropriate bins in heated chambers System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
