Lab Technician Join our dynamic team in the manufacturing of therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about life sciences to grow and develop in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities: + Execute process recipes and adhere to written procedures (SOPs). + Monitor equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance. + Perform basic laboratory tasks, including pH, conductivity measurements, and sampling. + Conduct routine sanitization tasks to maintain facility and equipment. + Develop a basic understanding of cGMP compliance through hands-on training under close supervision. + Demonstrate aseptic technique in handling products and materials. + Set up and operate equipment for production processes, including clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) operations. + Report production activities in written and electronic documents in accordance with good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and good documentation procedures (GDPs). Review documentation as appropriate. + Perform material movements and transfer raw materials and chemicals into, out of, and across the production areas. Skills & Qualifications: + Strong foundation in quality control, biology, cell culture, mammalian cell culture, and microbiology. + Associate's Degree or BS in Life Sciences preferred.
