About the role
Our Quality team, composed of 13 people, is integrated in the Peroxides department and focuses on comprehensive, end-to-end quality management in collaboration with functional departments. As a Lab Technician, you will work on analysis of IQC, IPQC and FQC, ensuring to provide precise inspection data in time to support Lab Supervisor. You will get the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and have a positive impact on high awareness and responsibilities to provide reliable inspection data. You will be accountable for: Accurate Analysis and Data Recording Conduct analysis of raw materials, final products, and in-process tests according to SOPs, ensuring accurate and precise lab results. Ensure all analysis operations are performed safely and effectively, and clearly record lab data. Report any abnormal results to the management and the relevant team promptly. Complete daily or required lab analyses with clear and accurate records. Lab Equipment Maintenance Maintain lab equipment in good working condition. Perform regular maintenance and calibration of lab equipment. Troubleshoot common lab equipment failures or problems. Ensure no calibration tasks are missed. 5S and HSE Performance Maintain a clean, tidy, and orderly lab environment in compliance with 5S standards. Adhere to HSE requirements, contributing to the safety of personnel and facilities in the lab area, including environmental protection requirements. Ensure MTA (Major Time Accidents) and LTA (Lost Time Accidents) are zero. Pass 5S inspections. Customer Service Prepare qualified samples for customers. Generate accurate Certificates of Analysis (COA) and test reports for customers. Verify the quality data of products intended for customers, ensuring no unqualified products are released. Ensure no errors in COAs, test reports, or customer samples. SOP Implementation Assist in setting up, improving, or updating lab SOPs, regulations, and quality management systems. Implement SOPs precisely and ensure no operations violate SOP guidelines. We offer a permanent contract based on shifts / remote / onsite / travel working mode.About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in College's degree or higher in chemical discipline. Relevant work experience in QC lab. Competencies: At least 3 years working experience in QC lab Familiar with IC, ICP-MS, TOC, etc. Basic English skill. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to positively influence and build relationships with team members. Office (Excel; PowerPoint; Word) ,SAP ect Behaviors: Positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Strong team spirit and a sense of collective honor. Does not shirk responsibilities and is willing to help others.About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Zhenjiang Site Annual base pay reasonably expected for this role is RMB 60,000 to RMB 90,000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
