As a Lab Technician III with our R&D team, you'll play a key role in developing new, cutting-edge products that will shape the beverage industry. What You’ll Do: Conduct experiments and support R&D efforts to develop new beverages and ingredients. Assist with the evaluation of ingredients, materials, and processes for new product development. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable insights on flavor emulsion projects. Lead and execute shelf-life studies, analyze data, and deliver clear technical summaries with actionable recommendations. Develop a deep understanding of emulsion science, including emulsifiers, beverage prototypes, and analytical techniques. Use complex lab equipment to perform specialized tests and procedures. Proactively source necessary supplies and materials to support ongoing research. Conduct in-depth literature reviews to fuel your scientific research and innovation. Resolve technical challenges related to formulation and processes. Who You Are: You are driven, with an innate curiosity and a passion for learning. You thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace challenges head-on. You are a strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. You bring a solution-oriented mindset and analytical problem-solving skills. A background in food science, chemistry, or a related field fuels your expertise and curiosity. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, or other related scientific disciplines. Experience with laboratory-based research and experimental procedures. Knowledge of emulsion science, food ingredients, and beverage formulation is a plus.

Pay Details: $36.00 per hour
