Labeling Specialist (Colorado Springs, CO)
You are part of the Labeling group that reports up through the R&D department of the Image Guided Therapy Devices BU. The labeling group is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and compliance of medical device labeling for disposable and system level products. Your role:
Establish project timeline based on external customer ask and resource availability and assign designer(s)Update and maintain all project logs, timeline management, and tracking through project life cycle.Review and proofread all packaging and labeling draft artwork to ensure accuracy while adhering to established company processes, Philips brand guidelines and labeling compliance standards.Establishes and cultivates a network of support (manufacturing, engineering, regulatory, legal, product development and marketing) to facilitate completion of labeling and artwork assignments.Assist designers in processing translation job requests with vendors. Obtains cost and lead time quote estimates for approval by client for the purpose of localized packaging contentYou're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience requiredKnowledge of Regulatory standards (FDA, EU MDR, Japan, Canada, ISO standards) is preferredBackground in medical/healthcare marketing or medical device packaging labeling is desiredYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $66,000 to $114,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
