Job Summary

The Labeling Specialist is responsible for Labeling Design and Development for new and sustaining ZOLL ACT Products through Change Management and Labeling Procedures.

Essential Functions

Create and Maintain Label records in the Labeling System.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize Labeling changes.Ensure label content meets applicable Regulatory and Standards requirements.Ensure label design meets packaging and business requirements.Plan, execute, and track assigned labeling projects.Maintain and update the Labeling Project Status tracker.Execute Change Requests/Change Orders within the PLM System for Labeling changes.Engage with external translation houses for Labeling Translations.Participate in Labeling Process Improvement.Support Labeling Manager during internal and external audits.Contribute to Labeling System Validation as needed.Communicates clearly and effectively with cross-department personnel.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree, or foreign academic equivalent, required2+ years of label design and content management experience in the Medical Device IndustryExperience in enLabel, ROBAR Labeling Systems, and Agile PLM systems preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong attention to detail is requiredFamiliarity with label content management software platformsMust work well in team environmentsAwareness of manufacturing and change control processGood communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to prioritize and manage time to meet project deadlinesBasic understanding of computer applicationsUnderstanding of US and international medical device regulations
