Labor and Time Assistant Administrator

**Description**
ARS is looking for a Labor and Time Assistant Administrator to work out of our corporate office in Beavercreek, OH. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations to support semi-monthly labor and travel processing. The position will also be responsible for assisting with the reconciliations between the T&E application, Costpoint, and the UltiPro payroll system, and will support both internal and external audits.

**Responsibilities include:**
+ Assist with the bi-monthly timesheet process for payroll
+ Validate labor edits in Costpoint prior to posting labor to the General Ledger (G/L)
+ Calculate, research, and reconcile complex labor issues to resolution
+ Process edit reports, labor distribution and time posting in Costpoint
+ Assist in troubleshooting and reconciling time entry, hours or pay discrepancies
+ Manage leave setups in both Costpoint and Time & Expense
+ Assist in reconciling leave balances on a monthly basis
+ Work with HR and Deltek Administrators to manage all Resource Groups
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations and accounting principles
+ Provides information for external audits, including F/S audits and government audits (DCAA, IRS etc.)
+ Monitor daily employee time entry to ensure compliance with corporate policies and entry requirements
+ Assist, review, and process employees expense authorizations/report submissions in Deltek Time and Expense/Costpoint ensuring accuracy, and completeness, along with compliance w/ travel regulations, company policies, and Federal Acquisition Regulations
+ Assist tracking travel expenses, reconcile travel costs and providing travel statements
+ Provide support to the Finance and Accounting Department with processing of expense reports, and other related transactions as needed
+ Other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
+ Must be a US citizen
+ 3-5 years travel experience in government and knowledge of JTR a plus
+ Excellent client management and interpersonal skills, the ability to establish and build rapport with key industry personnel. Firm understanding of providing excellence in internal customer service; and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships on all levels
+ Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, excellent problem-solving skills, and make sound decisions with minimal information available.
+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
