Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment practice in Los Angeles.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Admission to the California Bar. 2+ years of experience representing employers in employment law litigation. Background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment law, and wrongful discharge actions is required. Strong academic achievement, law firm experience, and exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills. Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to support and grow the firm’s national practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in employment law matters, with a focus on litigation. Provide legal counsel on issues related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge claims. Collaborate within a dynamic team to achieve client-focused results and support the firm’s expanding practice.
